Three-Fourths Guarantee: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place ofemployment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specifiedin the work contract or in its extensions, if any.

Welds metal components together to fabricate or repair parts, components, assemblies, equipment or other materials according to layouts, blueprints, or work orders. Set up welding machines based on the job at hand or using a Welding Procedure Specification. Reads and interprets blueprints and/or drawings to determine the specific welding requirements. Lays out, positions, aligns, and secures parts and assemblies prior to assembly. Welds steel, aluminum, and stainless-steel components based on the specifications of the blueprints and/or drawings using GMAW ,MIG and GTAW TIG welding, gas welding, brazing, or any combination of arc welding processes. Guides and direct flames or electrodes on or across work pieces to straighten, bend, melt, or build up metal. Cuts, contours, and bevels metal plates and structural shapes to dimensions as specified by blueprints, layouts, and/or work orders. Repairs products by dismantling, straightening, reshaping, and reassembling parts, using cutting torches, straightening presses, and hand tools. Performs related tasks such as thermal cutting and grinding. Repairs broken or cracked parts, fills holes, and increases size of metal parts. Upholds all ISO and OSHA standards applicable to the responsibilities above. Maintain Welding machine to the best of their abilities and to also operate machinery such as grinders, drills, saws, and plasma cutters. Maintaining and troubleshooting welding torches, power sources, and robotic welding lines.
